Provides a centralized intake process for adults and children who have significant behavioral health including medical and/or social risk factors. There are three types of SPOAs - Children's, Adult Case/Care Management and Adult Housing. The SPOA process provides for the identification of people most in need of services, and manages service access and utilization.
Provides various counseling approaches to individuals including group therapy, short term individual therapy for adults, marital and family therapy and medication therapy. Also offers counseling and case management services to individuals with mental health needs that are involved with the legal system, while incarcerated or on parole or probation. Offers referrals to other programs and facilities to help ensure all mental health needs are being met.

Clinic services include initial intake screening within the next business day and same day Urgent Care intake screening; comprehensive behavioral health assessment, screening, and monitoring; individual, couples, family and group therapy settings; and psychiatric evaluation which includes medication therapy and medication education and family support and education. Also offers to clients symptom management, support, case management and crisis intervention with face-to-face outreach and complex case management as needed. Provides behavioral health (mental health and substance use disorder) screening; developmental testing; psychiatric rehabilitation readiness and referral.

Provides Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) to children and youth under the age of 21 who are covered by Medicaid and are enrolled in a Medicaid Managed Care plan. Referrals may be made by parents, teachers, doctors, or anyone connected to the youth.

There are three types of SPOAs - Children's, Adult Case/Care Management and Adult Housing. The SPOA process provides for the identification of people most in need of services, and manages service access and utilization.
Assists adults Medicaid Managed Care to gain peers and partners in the community. The Care Manager provides ongoing assessment and referral for Adult Behavioral Health Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS). These services are for adults aged 21 and up who are Health and Recovery Plan (HARP) eligible with behavioral health needs. The adult may decide to be referred for coordination services to assist with HCBS and other needs, or the Care Manager can continue to monitor HCBS involvement.
