This program is not a substitute for diabetes education with a healthcare professional team, but is a supplemental program that can help individuals and their family members successfully manage their health and maintain an active and fulfilling life.

Provides information about pests, how to protect against them and rid yourself of them. This includes all pests, specifically bed bugs, cockroaches, mosquitos, fleas, ticks, etc.

Recruits, screens and matches trained volunteers in one-to-one friendship relationships with adults receiving mental health services. Program is based on the concept that a volunteer's friendship and support can offset the loneliness and isolation of mental illness. Volunteers meet with their matched friends a minimum of 4 hours a month at a time and place of their choosing to share social, recreational, and educational activities. Compeer offers programs for children and youth called PAL and Circle of Friends programs to match children and adolescents receiving mental health services identified with social support needs with a mentor.

Offers summer employment opportunities for youth. They are able to work up to ten weeks throughout the summer, for 30 hours per week and earn minimum wage.

Provides information and referral, family reimbursements, respite, advocacy, counseling, crisis intervention, home care, recreation, training, and transportation planning services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Prosecutes all criminal cases which arise or are otherwise prosecutable in Yates County. Includes two specialized bureaus - the DWI prosecution bureau, and the Domestic Violence bureau.

Provides temporary benefits and services to income eligible individuals and families with the aim of helping them become self-sufficient. Services include Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) or Family Assistance, Safety Net Assistance (for single individuals or childless couples), employment and food stamp benefits. Child care subsidies are available to low income families to enable them to afford child care and continue to work. May use a registered or informal provider or a relative.
