The County STOP-DWI incorporates various local efforts to reduce alcohol and other drug related traffic crashes, funded through fines collected from violators. Programs include traffic safety, prosecution of offenses, and treatment services.

Certified volunteer ombudsmen help residents and families to understand their rights for quality of care, also helps resolve complaints, and works toward improvements for all residence.
