Offers suicide intervention prevention and awareness skills trainings: ASIST Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training. A two-day intensive, interactive and practice-dominated course designed to help caregivers recognize, review risk and intervene to prevent suicide. Safetalk - Three hour workshop emphasizes the importance of recognizing the signs of suicide and communication skills to help the person at risk. Talk Saves Lives/Suicide Prevention and Awareness - An introduction to suicide prevention, a one hour presentation that covers the scope of suicide prevention and how to fight suicide. Youth Mental Health First Aid - An eight hour program which introduces participant of the risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems in adolescents.
