Provides supported housing opportunities for individuals recovering from mental illness needing a stable living environment. Individuals are provided the necessary support to live independently. Offers three community residences, with one focusing on individuals with both a mental illness and a chemical addiction (dual diagnosis), with 24 hour supervision that are licensed by the New York State Mental Health.

Provides vocational rehabilitation services to eligible individuals to prepare them for employment (including helping them to further their education) consistent with their strengths, ability and interest. These jobs can be in the competitive workforce, self-owned businesses in the home, sheltered workshops or in supported employment in the community. Also works with students, families and school districts to coordinate appropriate services for students with disabilities who are leaving secondary education and entering adult vocational rehabilitation.

Provides hot meals, frozen and bulk meals with an in-home assessment to individuals who are unable to shop for own meals or unable to prepare own meals. Provides nutrition education and counseling by a registered dietitian to individuals receiving home-delivered meals through this program. Program is offered in partnership with Pro Action of Steuben and Yates.

Investigates and intervenes on behalf of adults who are unable to act on their own behalf, manage their own affairs, or who are in immediate danger. Responds and investigates reports of child abuse or neglect. Ongoing supervision for those at risk of abuse is also available.

Provides early childhood education and family support services to children and families. The program goal is to offer a wide range of social and educational experiences to help prepare children and families for a successful transition into kindergarten. Also offers home visitors to families of program participants and to families who do not have a Head Start within their school district. Visits are designed to strengthen family protective factors and encourage family resilience using supportive services, education on child development, offering community referrals, and supporting families with their goals.

Provides a wide array of programming for infants through senior citizens including aerobics, aqua exercise, fitness programs, indoor track, basketball, gym classes, after school child care, specialty camps, country line dancing, softball, volleyball, soccer, introduction to golf and swimming lessons for all ages, and pre-school and school age swim instruction.
