Case management can help in the area of living arrangements, physical health needs, mental health needs, economic needs, vocational/educational needs, social functioning, family functioning, self-care needs, self-direction, and substance abuse.

The goal of the program is to integrate treatment, support and rehabilitation in a manner that facilitates the person's recovery. Services are designed to encourage and assist people to reach their highest possible level of independence, while providing for and insuring support for safety and personal growth.
