Offers an outpatient treatment facility for adults and adolescents that want to overcome substance use disorders including chemical use and dependency, as well as internet addiction and gambling addiction. Provides evaluations/assessments, group therapy, individual counseling, case management, consultations, toxicology screenings, community referrals, follow-up care/transitional services, family counseling, and relapse prevention groups. Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) is also available for alcohol, opiate (synthetic or heroin), and/or nicotine dependence.

Heart Walk), Go Red for Woman (woman and heart disease), Healthier Generation (childhood obesity), Power to End Stroke - stroke education program and school site education programs for pre-k - senior high.

Offers men and women's health services, specifically those related to sexual health including abortion services, education and referrals, birth control services and emergency contraception, confidential HIV testing as well as additional sexually transmitted disease screening and education, and LGBT services.

Provides listing of Chemung county public libraries and reading centers. Library services vary by location but can include summer reading programs, public computers with internet access, free wireless connections, children and adult book clubs, story times, outreach services, copying and faxing services, and public meeting rooms.

Hears cases involving vandalism, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, traffic violations, and other defenses that happen within the village or town. Accepts payments for restitution or fines ordered through the court.

Offers individuals who are having difficulty paying their bills various payment arrangement options.

Provides services to people enrolled in NYS Medicaid who have specific medical and mental health needs, particularly those living with or in recovery from mental health or substance use disorders. Program helps individuals to be more self-sufficient. Services may be provided in member's home or preferred community location. Program offers Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) and Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment Services (CORE).

Offers assistance with farm-business analysis and planning, one-on-one meetings with a financial consultant, and further consultancy for family-business operations. Including business plan and budget supports, financial and business decision-making, business transfers, etc.

Offers an annual award that is given to individuals who act beyond the ordinary requirements of their profession or daily routine. Any adult who is or has been involved in service to youth and families and who has contributed to the quality of life in Chemung County in unique, creative and dedicated ways.

Offers subsidized rental apartments to low-moderate income households.

Collaborates with towns and the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) to conserve soil and water resources throughout Allegany County.

Offers counseling in anger management for individuals who internalize their anger as well as those who act it out verbally or in behavior toward friends, family, children, employers or others. Included are court-ordered and voluntary programs for individuals who are involved in domestic violence or child abuse. Adult counseling is provided within a group setting. The purpose of the group is to assist the client in using skills and concepts related to anger triggers and responses to further develop the use of non-abusive behaviors and overcome negative barriers; to assist the client in reducing his risk of physically, emotionally, and/or psychologically abusive behaviors that are hurtful to others and selves; to encourage further the use of healthy thought processes, understanding the role of positive recognition of feelings and how to deal with feelings/emotions in a healthy/positive way to assist the client in the use of learned skills to improve relationships and avoid negative consequences related to interpersonal difficulties with others. Child and adolescent counseling is provided on an individual basis only.

A safe and all-inclusive space for individuals to connect with peer supports through adventure and fun events. A community built by peers in recovery for peers, their families, and those within the community that choose to live healthy lives in recovery. Activities: Arts including open art studio, creative writing classes, music groups and open mic nights; Outdoor activities including biking, kayaking, gardening club, open recreation; Fitness classes at all levels; Yoga and meditation; Book club; Game and Movie nights; Family support groups; Peer Support; Mutual aid groups; Volunteer opportunities; Community service projects; Holiday gatherings; Recovery library and quiet spaces.

Provides access to local public records. Fulfills Freedom of Information requests. Administers various state and local license permits. Serves as the Registrar of Vital Statistics and provides various services related to birth and death certificates, and marriage licenses. Issues dog licenses and provides dog control services.

Promotes, establishes and maintains a unified system of youth development, recreation and delinquency prevention programs. Does not provide any direct services, has contracts with local organizations.

Connects employers and jobseekers by providing a space to post and peruse open positions at non-profit agencies.

Offers telephone counseling to pregnant women who are dealing with a crisis situation due to their pregnancy.

Accepts and investigates complaints about businesses and upholds business practices to a high standard for ethical marketplace behavior.

Provides home health care and rehabilitation services as prescribed by a physician. This includes physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapy as well as case management/care coordination, infusion therapy, wound care management, diabetes counseling, and medication management. All services are provided to promote independent living.

Provides information regarding property taxes. Helps individuals determine if they may be eligible for a tax exemption program and processes applications. Accepts property tax payments.

Offers Parkinson Support groups, congestive heart failure, and support groups meetings and CPR classes for the community.
