Activities: Arts including open art studio, creative writing classes, music groups and open mic nights; Outdoor activities including biking, kayaking, gardening club, open recreation; Fitness classes at all levels; Yoga and meditation; Book club; Game and Movie nights; Family support groups; Peer Support; Mutual aid groups; Volunteer opportunities; Community service projects; Holiday gatherings; Recovery library and quiet spaces.

Clinical Services are provided by advanced Masters and Doctoral students under the supervision of licensed mental health providers that are faculty members.

Goals can include attaining higher levels of education, improving daily functions, increasing employment, limiting in-patient utilization, and securing preferred housing. Services are designed to encourage and assist people to reach their highest possible level of independence, while providing for and insuring support for safety and personal growth.
