Assists individuals with functional mental health-related disabilities to successfully identify, pursue, and achieve their life goals at home, work, school, and in the community. Program is provided in collaboration with Capabilities and isA NYS OMH-licensed comprehensive PROS Program. Clients receive Community Rehabilitation and Support (CRS) services; Intensive Rehabilitation (IR) services; Ongoing Rehabilitation Support (ORS) services; and Clinical Treatment (CT).
