Children's Coordinated Services Intiative (CCSI) | Chemung County Children's Integrated Services (CIS)

Utilizes a wrap-around model of service delivery designed to assist with linking families to formal and informal supports and services in the community. Cases are assigned to workers who meet with families on a regular basis and work closely with schools regarding children who are experiencing difficulty with behavior or who have emotional difficulties. A family plan is developed with the entire family in a team approach.
