On request bus service may be available. Can flag bus to stop for pick-up anywhere along route. Offers curbside pickup for individuals living within a bus route. All buses have wheelchair lifts available.

Provides help with navigating the 511 NY Southern Tier Rideshare services. Helps eliminate transportation barriers to and from medical appointments. Offers bus tokens and gas money to individuals in need of transportation assistance for non-emergency medical appointments, finding employment, groceries, and applying or re-certifying for services at a human service agency.
Provides voucher for transportation to destinations and services essential for health, prevention of hospitalization and /or readmissions. Voucher can be used to access food, pick-up prescription, renewal of services, transportation to chronic disease education class, exercise class and other supports essential to good health.
