Offers an outpatient treatment facility for adults and adolescents that want to overcome substance use disorders including chemical use and dependency, as well as internet addiction and gambling addiction. Provides evaluations/assessments, group therapy, individual counseling, case management, consultations, toxicology screenings, community referrals, follow-up care/transitional services, family counseling, and relapse prevention groups. Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) is also available for alcohol, opiate (synthetic or heroin), and/or nicotine dependence.

Provides a wide range of services for those affected by alcohol and substance abuse, including evaluations; individual, group and family counseling; youth, adult, children of alcoholics, substance abuse and other co-dependency programs; women's and men's support groups; and information and referral.

Provides medically supervised detoxification and stabilization related to acute withdrawal. Stays are brief to support the stabilization of acute needs and early-care in coordination with medical and mental health providers, social services, probation, parole, Drug Court, along with any other service referrals the individual may need.

Provides inpatient alcohol and drug treatment to help individuals who are physically dependent during the withdrawal period. Support includes individual and group therapy and medical and prescription drug intervention as needed.

Provides help for people with opioid addiction to regain their lives. Suboxone is given when a person is ready to begin treatment and experiencing symptoms of opioid withdrawal. This program is provided through a partnership between Arnot Health and Trinity of Chemung County.
