No emergency assistance available. Project based rental assistance is also available at Hawthorne Court in Elmira, Knoxville Senior Housing in Corning, Seneca Manor in Hornell, Lake Street Senior Apartments in Hammondsport and Village Square in Painted Post.

Provides hands on learning experiences to parents and child in the home using a research-based curriculum called, Parents as Teachers. The program focuses on connecting child development with parenting behaviors to provide tools to raise a happy, healthy, confident child and to help prepare children for kindergarten. Meetings are once per week for 90 minutes, around the parent's schedule. Socialization opportunities are provided to the children and families twice per month.
