Offers chronic disease and pain self-management workshops to assist individuals living with ongoing or limiting health conditions or individuals who care for them. Participants learn self-management techniques and skills needed in day-to-day management of any type of ongoing health condition.

Offers alcohol and drug screening to adolescents that want to overcome substance use disorders.

Aids in facilitating HEAP grant applications. HEAP grants are used to supplement annual energy costs. Funds can be used to pay for electricity, propane, natural gas, oil, kerosene, coal and any other heating fuel. Emergency HEAP grants may also be available to eligible households with a shut-off notice or for those running out of fuel such as propane, wood, oil, kerosene or coal.
