Housing Supports are designed to help people live as independently as possible in a community setting through person-centered supports and services. Residences range in size and with varying levels of support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities of all ages. Homes and apartments are located throughout Chemung and Schuyler counties. All residential options are designed to be family-like in all-male, all-female, or co-ed settings. Direct Support Professionals are on-site 24-hours-a-day to assist with cooking, housekeeping, and daily life skills. The supportive apartment program supplements the needs of people who are living on their own, but who may need periodic financial and staff supports to retain their independent living. Also offers a respite program to families who are responsible for the daily care of a loved one with a developmental disability and need relief.

Site offers 28-day detox program for males and females. Provides in-patient services to individuals that present co-occurring mental hygiene and addiction disorders. Patients are provided a therapeutic setting supported by psychiatric, medical, nursing and case coordination. Treatment efforts emphasize health promotion, addiction management, healthy relationships, vocational success and strength in recovery.

Provides a nationwide identification and support program to aid in the safe and timely return of individuals affected with Alzheimer's disease who wander and become lost. Program also provides education for families, caregivers, emergency responders and law enforcement on preventative techniques and skills needed to approach and respond to individuals who have wandered.

Provides early childhood education and family support services to children and families. The program goal is to offer a wide range of social and educational experiences to help prepare children and families for a successful transition into kindergarten. Services also include nutritious meals, health screenings and services for children with disabilities. Limited transportation is available to participants of the Friendship and Wellsville centers. Children and families enrolled in the home based option receive education and family services during their weekly home visit, each lasting 1.5 hours each week.
