Offers an outpatient treatment facility for adults and adolescents that want to overcome substance use disorders including chemical use and dependency, as well as internet addiction and gambling addiction. Provides evaluations/assessments, group therapy, individual counseling, case management, consultations, toxicology screenings, community referrals, follow-up care/transitional services, family counseling, and relapse prevention groups. Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) is also available for alcohol, opiate (synthetic or heroin), and/or nicotine dependence.

Also supports providers, key partners, stake holders and other persons experiencing Substance use Disorders. Offers immediate response services including overdose prevention, treatment and community recovery support for addiction to prescription opioids and illicit drugs such as heroin
