Apartments are available for Medicaid recipients 55 and older who require assistance with activities of daily living; individuals who are 18 and older with eligibility for services through the NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD); and military veterans with disabilities. Staff is located on site who advocate for residents; connect them to services available in the community; provide independent living skills training, and facilitate social and recreational opportunities.
