Provides mental health services to youth and their families to improve their health, well-being and quality of life.

Provides seriously and persistently mentally ill (SPMI) and seriously emotionally disturbed (SED) individuals who have been discharged from a residential or inpatient facility on-going treatment and supportive services including developing and maintaining viable living, working and social situations within the community.

Provides Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) and Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment (CORE) Services for adults. These services are for adults, for Health and Recovery Plan (HARP) eligible enrollees who are Medicaid beneficiaries with behavioral health needs within New York State’s Behavioral Health System. These individuals are diagnosed with a serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders.

Assists individuals with functional mental health-related disabilities to successfully identify, pursue, and achieve their life goals at home, work, school, and in the community. Program is provided in collaboration with Capabilities and is A NYS OMH-licensed comprehensive PROS Program. Clients receive Community Rehabilitation and Support (CRS) services; Intensive Rehabilitation (IR) services; Ongoing Rehabilitation Support (ORS) services; and Clinical Treatment (CT).

Provides Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) to children and youth under the age of 21 who are covered by Medicaid and are enrolled in a Medicaid Managed Care plan. Referrals may be made by parents, teachers, doctors, or anyone connected to the youth.

Provides individual, marital/couple, and family counseling services. Master level therapists are trained to address many emotional issues including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, parent-child difficulties, personal adjustment and stress related issues.

Provides habilitation services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities individually and with small groups.
