Provides supportive case management services to adults and children that are severely and persistently mentally ill. The goal of the program is to assist mentally ill individuals in accessing services needed to enhance their quality of life while allowing them to be part of the community at the most productive level possible for that individual. This program utilizes a wrap-around model of service delivery designed specifically for children and adults to assist with linking individuals and families to formal and informal supports and services in the community. Case management can help in the area of living arrangements, physical health needs, mental health needs, economic needs, vocational/educational needs, social functioning, family functioning, self-care needs, self-direction, and substance abuse.

Provides information on what services are available to help provide respite care, such as volunteers, day programs, and aides.

Provides outpatient individual, group, conjoint and family counseling, therapy groups, medication and other mental health services for community residents, especially those who have acute or chronic psychiatric disorders or who may be experiencing difficulty resolving personal or interpersonal conflicts or making personal adjustments to stressful life situations such as separation, divorce, widowhood, loss of a child, poor health, unemployment, family violence, delinquency or substance abuse. Services are offered to adults and children.

Provides a guide for Family Caregivers. Guide with resources, checklists, and tips to help you 1.) Start the Conversation, 2) Form Your Team, 3.) Make a Plan, 4.) Find Support , and 5.) Care for Yourself.

Provides services for children who have been sexually or physically abused, and their non offending caregivers. Works directly with law enforcement and child protective services to investigate allegations of child abuse. Offers facilities to conduct child interviews, medical exams, mental health counseling and after care in a child-friendly environment. Services available on a referral-basis only.

Promotes healthy sexuality and reproductive choices by providing most pregnancy related services including abortion referrals, education and counseling, free pregnancy testing, family planning counseling and emergency contraception.

Assists individuals with functional mental health-related disabilities to successfully identify, pursue, and achieve their life goals at home, work, school, and in the community. Program is provided in collaboration with Capabilities and is A NYS OMH-licensed comprehensive PROS Program. Clients receive Community Rehabilitation and Support (CRS) services; Intensive Rehabilitation (IR) services; Ongoing Rehabilitation Support (ORS) services; and Clinical Treatment (CT).

Offers victims crisis counseling, social service referral, information and support, transportation to court proceedings, and help in navigating the Crime Victims Compensation Program for reimbursement of medical expenses, loss of income, or a disability as a result of the crime.

Provides free pregnancy test, free coordinated access to limited ultrasound with positive test, education on fetal development and referrals to child birth classes, pregnancy options education, medical care, legal assistance and local community services.

Assistance is also provided to understanding the local school system’s special education process. This program is funded by the Office of Mental Retardation and Development Disabilities (OMRDD).

Offers an accountability program of 40 weeks for individuals who have committed a crime of domestic violence and are court mandated to attend.

Offers a 24 hour hotline for individuals who are survivors of domestic violence. Also provides a safe, secure emergency shelter for victims and their children. Assistance is available with obtaining orders of protection with family court including accompaniment to court, appointments and other supportive services. Provides personalized safety plans, educational support groups, and domestic violence counseling. Services are available to men, women and children. Donations of new clothing are accepted; new socks underwear and bras, are most needed, as well as pajamas, sweatpants/yoga pants, t-shirts and sweatshirts of all sizes, children's sizes to XXXL adult.

Provides 24 hour crisis intervention hotline, 24 hour advocacy, group counseling, transportation, court accompaniment and preparation, and compensation claim for assistance through NYS Office of Victim Services.

Provides mental health assessment and brief individual, family, and group therapies for children and families impacted by abuse and/or neglect. This program is a partnership between the Department of Human Services, the District Attorney's Office, law enforcement, victim services, medical providers, and mental health services. The collaboration increases prosecution and accountability of perpetrators, while promoting safety and support to victims and the non-offending family members.
