Operates a foster network to care for homeless cats and kittens as space allows. Adoptable cats and kittens can be seen at our Cat Shelter in Montour Falls. Also available dogs for adoption. All dogs will be spayed or neutered, vaccinated for rabies, distemper, leptospirosis, parvo and kennel cough, treated for fleas and parasites, tested for heartworm and micro chipped.

Non-emergency Medicaid Transportation is available to residents in Allegany, Cattaraugus, Livingston and Steuben Counties.
