Brings together people of many faiths to help their neighbors in need. A national program made up of volunteers that shop, drive or just check in on individuals with long-term health needs in order to help them stay in their homes longer.

Offers eligible individuals support both in their own home, as well as the community. They are offered to enhance the individual’s daily activity through structured, individualized support. Provided under the guidance of the NYS Department of Health.

Provides skilled nurses and home health aides to meet a variety of medical and personal home health needs. Care is available in the home, nursing home, or hospital from one hour up to 24 hours per day depending on need, and availability.

Offer the services of professionally trained, certified Home Health Aides, Personal Care Aides, and Housekeepers, regularly supervised by a Registered Nurse. Services include an initial nursing assessment and personal care assistance, respite for caregivers, assistance to appointments, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. Services are provided in the homes of recently discharged hospital patients, elderly individuals and people with disabilities, among others. A NYS licensed home health care agency.

Bone Builders and the Senior Dinner Clubs are overseen by Pro Action of Steuben-Yates.
