Services include an initial nursing assessment and personal care assistance, respite for caregivers, assistance to appointments, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. Services are provided in the homes of recently discharged hospital patients, elderly individuals and people with disabilities, among others. A NYS licensed home health care agency.
