Alternative to Incarceration Program | Chemung Project for Bail
Provides help with bail expediting, court advocacy, and court ordered restrictions including home monitoring and supervision. Offers information and referral regarding the legal system and services that may be available to help individuals stay out of the justice system. Assists in overcoming barriers that have blocked self-sufficiency. Case managers work with individuals one-on-one and in group settings with substance abuse, literacy, transportation, and/or mental health.
