UPK Wraparound care for ages 4&5 enrolled in Universal Pre-K with YWCA. -Before & After School programs ages 4 to 12 offered at nine school locations throughout Chemung County. Wrap Around After Cohesion program offered at two locations.

Trained, credentialed staff deliver nurturing care in safe and fun environment designed to support developmentally appropriate play, exploration and learning. Breakfast, lunch and a snack are provided each day.
