Plans are evaluated and updated as the individual progresses and to ensure all support and services are meeting the individual's needs. Also assists individuals with services such as future planning, residential planning, recreation, residential habilitation, day habilitation, reimbursement, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications.

Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) is also available for alcohol, opiate (synthetic or heroin), and/or nicotine dependence.
