Provides emergency financial assistance to those in need, i.e. requests for food, clothing, shelter, utilities, prescriptions, auto repair, child care services and other related programs.

Provides eligible individuals with vehicle repair grants, to complete repairs not exceeding 25% of the private value of the vehicle, used for transportation for work. • Participants must develop a household budget with ACCORD staff. • Repairs must be completed at a NYS licensed repair shop • A minimum of two estimates will be required. It will be the participant's responsibility to collect the estimates.
