Provides homeless and food emergency after-hours referrals and intervention services, including emergency housing under Code Blue. Any Schuyler County residents experiencing homelessness are asked to report to the Sheriff’s Dept. for assistance.

Offers services to aid those receiving assistance to build the skills, and find the resources to move off of assistance and to sustain long term stability. Aids those that are in a domestic violence situation to find housing, and additional resources to gain stability away from their abusers. Provides financial assistance to individuals and families who are facing possible homelessness including rent and utility payment assistance, rent and utility security deposit assistance, and moving expenses assistance. Help with rental and utility arrears may also be available.
