PSA From: Tim O'Hearn, County Administrator State of Emergency Schuyler County Schuyler County remains under a state of emergency due to extensive damage sustained from flash flooding throughout the county. Numerous roads and bridges are closed and non essential travel is prohibited. The Red Cross has opened a reception center at the Bradford School District.
