Disability Information and Support Services | National Multiple Sclerosis Society - Upstate New York Chapter

Provides information and educational programs, support, and advocacy to individuals and their families who have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Community presentations are available to health care providers and others who provide services to individuals with Multiple Sclerosis and their families.
