Must be low income; receiving SNAP, TANF, WIC or Medicaid; and have a child under 3 years old. Must reside in Allegany county.

1st Fri 9am-3pm.
Application process
Pre-registration is required. Must complete online application one month in advance, choose Belmont ACCESS Center as your pick up location, and provide proof of low-income services.
Hours: Last Friday of month, 9am - 3pm.

Provides 50 diapers or 25 pull-ups and wipes for all children under 3 in low-income households every 30 days. Pick up is the last Friday of the month. Must apply one month prior to pick up.
