County District Attorney (DA) | Schuyler County District Attorney's Office

Responsible for prosecuting all criminal offenses committed within Schuyler County including serious felony matters, misdemeanors, and violations under the Penal Law and Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York. Conducts investigations and assists state and local law enforcement agencies. Also assists crime victims who are seeking restitution.
