Children and Youth Intensive Case Management Program (C&Y ICM) | Family Services at 310 Pennsylvania Avenue

Offers case management to assist individuals and their families in areas of self-care; activities of daily living; social functioning; economic self-sufficiency; self-direction, concentration and employment. Case managers also provide support, advocacy and coordination of other mental health services.
