Eligibility
Must meet federal income guidelines or be in receipt of Medicaid, SNAP, or TANF benefits; be pregnant or up to six months post partum, breastfeeding, or have a child under age 5. Must also reside in Chemung or Schuyler County.

Fri 8am-4:30pm. Schuyler County Clinic: 2nd Fri, 4th Tue 9:30am-3pm.
