Ombudsman Program | Steuben County Office for the Aging (SCOFA) (Admin Site)

Provides advocacy for residents and their families of long term care facilities, skilled nursing and adult care homes. Certified volunteer ombudsmen help residents and families to understand their rights for quality of care, also helps resolve complaints, and works toward improvements for all residence.
