Description

Provides a pro-bono legal advice helpline for aging adults, providing answers to brief legal questions and referrals to additional legal resources. Staffed by volunteer attorneys including experienced attorneys and certified law students. Information on a range of issues including: consumer protection, health insurance denials, housing concenrs including landlord/tenant issues and nursing home or assisted living concerns, public benefits, wills and estates, and more.
