David A. Howe Library Jul 6th to Aug 14th. Grab & Go Meals only. 11:30am-12:30pm, Mon-Fri. Wellsville Elementary School Jul 6th to Aug 14th. Meals must be consumed on premises. Breakfast 8:30am-9:30am, Lunch 11:30am-12:30pm, Mon-Fri. Wellsville Secondary School Jul 6th to Aug 19th. Grab and Go meals, walk-in and drive-thru. Breakfast and Lunch, single pick-up: 11:30am-12:30pm, Mon-Thur.
