Dog Control Officer | Cohocton Town Hall

Provides service to town including: securing domestic dogs who have strayed from their homes; enforcing laws such as vaccination requirements; investigation of abandoned animals or cruelty, complaints regarding dogs who have bitten someone or are otherwise making nuisances of themselves. Most animal control programs are unable to handle nuisance wildlife, which should be referred to department of environmental conservation.
