Head Start and Home-Based Program | Head Start and UPK - Bath VEW Site
Provides early childhood education and family support services to children and families. The program goal is to offer a wide range of social and educational experiences to help prepare children and families for a successful transition into kindergarten. Also offers home visitors to families of program participants and to families who do not have a Head Start within their school district. Visits are designed to strengthen family protective factors and encourage family resilience using supportive services, education on child development, offering community referrals, and supporting families with their goals.

Eligibility
Must meet federal income guidelines, and have child 3-5 years old. Center based services are located in Hornell only. All other locations are located in participating school districts schools.
