Community Outreach Program | Arnot Ogden Medical Center

Plans and implements wellness health screens and educational programs for health professionals and the community. These programs and services are offered in response to community need. All health screen participants receive follow-up and assistance with referral, if needed. Screenings and programs include a tobacco-free program, blood pressure screenings, free diabetes screenings, and disease management programs.
